Private enterprises in China's economic system reform, gradually increased the proportion in the national economy, has become an important part of the national economy and most dynamic economic growth. However private enterprise is facing a number of macro-and micro-challenges, there are many problems, one of the prominent issues is weak fiscal management. Therefore, accounting management in private enterprises in China, with its profound significance. This article first to define private enterprise and analysis of characteristics of private enterprise and, secondly, dealing with specific problems of accounting in the management of the private enterprises; again, study the causes of accounting management in private enterprises and, finally, accounting management for private enterprises made a number of solutions and strategies.
